Paypal Payments


When using Paypal and you are not a “Verified Account” there is a 3 day wait period after payment has cleared. This is due to some orders being paid with fraudulent accounts.

If you do not have a Paypal account, you can use the Secure Checkout area at Paypal. Just click on the Tab Button that you don’t have a Paypal account and it will give you a secure checkout form.

Returns


Any manufactured item (i.e. rear seat delete kits, subwoofer enclosures, door panels, customized logos, or any item made to fit your color needs) are made to order. Item will not be fabricated until payment has cleared. There is NO RETURN on these items.

Most items are shipped via FedEx. All shipping costs include shipping insurance. Should an item be damaged during shipping, contact K Dezines either via our Contact Us form or via phone at 520-885-6275. We will have the item picked up via FedEx and replace your item.

Items which do not fall under the custom/specially manufactured category are eligible for return under certain circumstances. If an item needs to be returned, please contact K Dezines at 520-885-6275 within 72 hours after receiving the item. We will give you information on returning your item under the following conditions:
  • Item must be returned in original box
  • Item must not have been installed nor attempted to be installed.
  • There is a 25% restocking fee of the total to return the item.
Only after item is received by K Dezines and determined not to have been damaged or altered in any way, will the amount be refunded to the buyer less the 25% restocking fee.
