Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed. Since Federal Express is our primary shipping carrier, most items are shipped via FedEx. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. All shipping costs automatically include shipping insurance. All US shipments are sent with delivery confirmation.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
Should an item be damaged during shipping, contact K Dezines either via our Contact Us form or via phone at 520-885-6275. We will have the item picked up via FedEx and replace your item.
Any order which has not been received 30 days after the shipping date is considered a lost order. We consider any order to have been received when the delivery status for the package is "Delivered".
If merchandise is lost in transit, it will be replaced only after the shipment has been traced. Upon confirmation of non-delivery, a claim will be filed and the merchandise will be replaced or the buyer will be issued a credit.
All international packages are shipped by Express Mail International or via Fed Ex International Priority. All international shipping labels are printed electronically online and require a telephone number to be supplied on the shipping form.
International customers may obtain a shipping quote online prior to checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for any customs fees that may be assessed to your order.
When using Paypal and you are not a "Verified Account" there is a 3 day wait period after payment has cleared. This is due to some orders being paid with fraudulent accounts.
If you do not have a Paypal account, you can use the Secure Checkout area at Paypal. Just click on the Tab Button that you don't have a Paypal account and it will give you a secure checkout form.
Any manufactured item (i.e. rear seat delete kits, subwoofer enclosures, door panels, customized logos, or any item made to fit your color needs) are made to order. Item will not be fabricated until payment has cleared. There is NO RETURN on these items.

Items which do not fall under the custom/specially manufactured category are eligible for return under certain circumstances. If an item needs to be returned, please contact K Dezines at 520-885-6275 within 72 hours after receiving the item. We will give you information on returning your item under the following conditions:
- Item must be returned in original box
- Item must not have been installed nor attempted to be installed.
- There is a 25% restocking fee of the total to return the item.
Only after item is received by K Dezines and determined not to have been damaged or altered in any way, will the amount be refunded to the buyer less the 25% restocking fee.
